Heartbreaker is Melbourne's answer to a New York dive bar, and it wears the title proudly. Neon signs, vinyl booths, a killer jukebox, and burgers that have no right being this good in a bar. The smash burger with pickles and American cheese is a 2am institution.
The cocktail list is short but punchy, and the beer selection covers all the bases. It's loud, it's fun, and it doesn't pretend to be anything it's not.
